That may be U.S practices .....Russia just sends people to Siberia......sometimes as forced labor in mining operations.
Besides that, looking at the trade volume, it sure doesn't appear that the company is actively engaged in trying to sell their stock. It does appear however that a few mean spirited folks, most likely located in North America, continue to try to keep the share price down by selling a few measly shares equivalent in value to a McDonald's Happy Meal.....and also that's voluntarily.

It is plain to see no one is selling shares here, not the company or anyone else. And to collect from mineweb would be impossible even after you won a law suit. Please supply the name of even one lawyer that would do this on a contingency basis and I as a share holder will gladly let him represent me.

Why don't you name a legal firm that would do this on a contingency basis (there are none). What would a legal firm get out of this on a contingency basis - nothing. You can sue Helmer and what would you get - nothing. He is an independent blogger. Stop making stuff up and move on.
