That may be U.S practices .....Russia just sends people to Siberia......sometimes as forced labor in mining operations. Besides that, looking at the trade volume, it sure doesn't appear that the company is actively engaged in trying to sell their stock. It does appear however that a few mean spirited folks, most likely located in North America, continue to try to keep the share price down by selling a few measly shares equivalent in value to a McDonald's Happy Meal.....and also that's voluntarily.
