Imo if the 1Q is to show profit(very little if any) why would the need to issue more shares, so i'm thinking Q1 IS A DISAPPOINTMENT if i'm reading this correctly.

thats very wishful thinking, raising the AS just means they will raise the OS and the float soon after....then they will PR some fluff PR saying "we did this because the grass is green". there is no reason to raise the AS....its not to raise funds because they just did this and there would not be enough time for the loan to process if they were funding it by raising the AS.

side note: notice how certain people arent cheerleading this anymore? my guess is they sold their shares a little at a time.
