BP Whiting Refinery . Lakefront waste water operations.
is applying to increase the amount of ammonia they can dump.



The EPA current monthly average limit is 1,030 lbs per day.
The company is requesting to increase the limit to 3,358 lbs per day.
The company is haveing major problems complying with the current agreement. Something like the ACE technology would not only solve their discharge problems but would return some money to help cover remediation of waste water.
I don't know,it makes sense to me. Why they wouldn't make a call to Ohio U is beyond me.

Hmmm...if that's true, various companies may actually PAY AHC to take their wastestream away, making ARSC even more potentially profitable, not to mention, that it's already most attractive, right now.
