If only there was no cost to transport the waste-stream to a processing location... this doesn't seem feasible.

What DOES seem feasible is to (perhaps) lease equipment from our company for onsite use, which would remove the selected toxins from the waste and provide local energy for whatever, even uploading to the electric grid (for a reduction in their electric bill).
