jfburk, let me make it as clear and consise as I possibly can.

This company is fighting for the right to remain in business because IN MY OPINION, it has been easy for the principles of it to promise much, deliver little and get paid well for it.

Possibly, the current leadership is NOT making any money. In my opinion, this is because the way this company has operated for YEARS has finally been called into question by the AMEX and SEC. Now it is fighting for its right to remain in business.

WHY? Good question! No one here can POSSIBLY believe that it is becasue it has enjoyed huge successes in any projects it has started...because the record is quite clear THERE.

It has lost MILLIONS upon MILLIONS of dollars. So yes....why WOULD they want to keep it going? Can ANYONE think of a reason?

I CAN THINK OF A GOOD ONE....Because those running it put hundreds of thousands and (it's on record).....sometimes MILLIONS of dollars in their pockets, producing nothing but those losses.

That is my opinion.

This company is NOT in business Burk, they've never been in "business" that would require them to actually have partnerships, contracts, products, PROFIT, oh yes and EMPLOYEES to operate a "business". Globetel hasn't got a product nor does it involve itself in any way in the telecommunications business any longer. The few things they did do in the telecom business i.e., centerline, magicmoney.....etc. was non productive and a complete failure as was all the hyped agreements, partnerships, and contracts. Indeed Burk this company rather than be a legit business simply EXISTS. Why do they continue/exist ???? that's actually simple, as long as there are people willing to flush their money there will always be someone their to take it from them. Why start another scam shell when you could spend less to keep the current one going ? Simply changing the name will be enough to rook many just as they've done in the past. The problem with shutting it down is that it's finally caught up with this company and its cohorts so once its gone its gone for good and the Kbro's simply will stay in Poland and London. They sure as hell aren't stepping foot back on american soil. ??? why not ???? if this company was sooooooo great why leave the country never to return ??????????

Huff lied to the investors and sold unregistered shares, the rest just lied.
