New management. I wouldn't invest in the old company at this point. Thank goodness its a whole new team. Not only that, we now have a lawyer steering the ship. Makes for a very good investment at these levels.
Coasti how do you get here? The SEC did not claim this, and I don't see any evidence that it happened. They did get a 25% discount and yes they could turn the shares after the next pump. It appears to be a legal assignment of shares.
3. Company Y issues MANY times the X amount of shares that were registered and detailed in the consulting agreement which Neuhaus can flip the next day for a no-risk profit or time the sales with insiders during the latest pump for increased profits. I see no evidence offered that the Officers received any cash, although that could have happened.
