I cant understand anyone treading on this company in hopes it closes down. what good would that do, none to anyone. those that say it would prevent others from getting taken, i say you see red and dont really see the reality. whats real is the company is still here, shares are not worth much but still trading, and any actions taken by company in the future will be monitored by SEC. I will buy when I see a light at the end of the tunnel, cause I cant believe they are giving up, and I think its for good reasons we have yet to see.
