Okay uknowimright, what has CES done too redesign the product and to make a more consistently performing product in the last year?
What redesign stage was CES in and how much money/time is need to bring R&D to completion.

CES was always in R&D mode even with countless PR's stating they were finally ready.They always had some production issue.

In short uknowimright, here's the play on words, production did stop a year ago to redesign the product but did they redesign the product yet or that still needs to be done?

Well the margins were at 15% and they said that with new product they can go as high as 40%...but that will need to be seen after redesign,production,distribution,advertisments,and sales.

If true, this is a serious breach of the SEC insider info laws. This info has not been PRed and can't be given by IR to shareholders. It's that clear and simple. I'm glad it's now all posted and public on a public posting board. Talk about stupidity by an IR firm.

Not much to dig up.He did put his name on these I imagine if they change the dates they can be used again.
I don't see the logic of spending 10K on mailing 6500 shareholders,they all penny stock players.What can they do to help production.
Maybe the people who hired Tom want this, just wants to stop them from selling into a runup so they could dump.
I'm sure they not into making 6500 shareholder millionaires.

Paychest Inc. does have some of the rights to sell the product in the US, but not all. Consolidated Ecoprogress had set up 2 distributors and one broker to sell the product to a limited number of retail locations. The rights to sell the product into Wal-Mart and K-Mart and a few others will remain with Consolidated Ecoprogress. Paychest will have the rights to sell to most other retail chains and stores in the US. Due to the number of questions about this, a news release outlining the rights that Paychest has in the US will be released early next week.

The product is presently sold in a few dollar stores as production had stopped about a year ago to redesign the product and to make a more consistently performing product. Right now when you guys say production starting in 4 weeks it would be for CES orders.Ces is suspended and no one is working with no cash...so no orders there.

Pyct need it's own orders and Tom is certainly not working on everything.

Lol...he busy informing 6500 of this 34B$$ deal.
Why? is the mystery.

IMO he wants buyers of the stock so someone could sell otherwise whats in it for him to give 6500 a heads up.
He should be informing friend,family and neighbors first and volume suggests they not buying the story either.

so found out that they are still not in full production for the flushaway products, they are still developing it further and it should be released soon as a retail brand..

There is a mailout sent to shareholders that request it.. he will just need your address if you're not getting it already..

About the spinoff...
They are going to have a news release that will outline all the details..
He couldn't release any information to me now..

Received an answer back from Tom about all of the rumors going around lately.

There has been no production for a year, and production will resume shortly. No plans to raise the OS, but private placement is possible.

"Discussions are underway for debt financing (non-dilutive), purchase order and accounts receivable financing and lines of credit (all non dilutive)."

A new PR to come out next week because so many people have been asking about this.
