IMO:IDCC is going to trial with either 4 or 5 Patents from a menu of 932 patents as of the end of 2007..I believe that the Company holds a ROYAL FLUSH IN SPADES ..and may well ask for what will be the Death Penalty for a Company valued at Hundreds of Billions of Dollars..If Samsung does not settle before July 8th..IDCC can well afford to be GREEDY and Intransigent..
