gsiman - were you paid to promote the company? i don't recall a disclaimer in any of your posts, but your statement that you "came in and brought in new investors" is interesting.
i also thought your post about doing everything in your power to "return shareholder value" is also interesting. what can an ordinary shareholder do to accomplish that?
are you an officer or director? are you, by chance, manny? during my consultation with the former stock, i disclosed on each of my posts, which is what the SEC says you have to do.
considering your recent posts, my initial impression is that you were involved more deeply than just an ordinary shareholder. if you have not made the proper disclosures in the past as required by the SEC, perhaps it would be useful to make them now.
