Describe fair??? do you mean that was it fair that old YNGR mangement took cash for stock and then failed to deliver? Is it fair that i came in and brought in new investors who then had their stock go to zero because of poor choices by management and prior IR group?

what is "fair". ? What we will have at the end of this is some company that we don't know of yet placed into what WILL be a bulletin board shell if I have any say in what happens. How long that takes is anyone's best guess and what the reverse will be is not known.

Suggest you complain to the SEC about prior management if you have issues.
