Creede, the same thing happened to the financials filed with the SEC for Fronthaul Group/Conversion Solutions when Randy Moseley was CFO. Then six months later the company was charged with securities fraud and the filing of fraudulent financials by the SEC.
not saying that will happen here of course but the same person filing them makes one wonder?
RE:the Form 10 passed without comment, and Mosely was the controller over it. Case closed, he must have done an excellent job.
