Apples to oranges, Shorts. Neither Fronthaul Group nor Conversion Solutions had filed a 10-12G in that time frame. What they did was a common merger.

As a result of the Merger agreement between FrontHaul Group and CSHD [incorporated herein by this reference to 8-K/A [html][text] 500 KB [Amend] Current report, item 2.01 Acc-no: 0001297077-06-000068 (34 Act)] Item 2.6 Average Closing Price Adjustment which reads a follows;


This is much, much different from the registration process that LBWR just passed without comment even though they are 1-sideded - which is without president that I know of.

Then six months later the company was charged with securities fraud and the filing of fraudulent financials by the SEC.

But the real reason I will not be loosing any sleep is what you wrote here about the serious nature of filing fraudulent financials with the SEC. Something tells me that after 19 years of doing business with Greyhound, Dexter Morris has the common sense not to lie to the SEC. I really don't think the man wants to go to jail.


Imvho, this suggestion that Labwire has cooked the books is just not reasonable.

When I ponder six months later in this stock, what I am really wondering about is how profound an impact this new USIS alliance is going to have on Labwire's revenue.
