that's between the regulatory authorities and the poster.

Ihub is a third party provider of a service like a telephone company.

Do you think the SEC went after the telephone companies when they went after the penny stock boiler room operators?

Ihub has no responsibility in the matter, nor is it going to involve itself in them.

I know this is somewhat off topic, but in a lot of ways it's exactly what we have been discussing.

I am a commercial roofing installation inspector.

There are certain safety guidelines that the roofers are governed by, that have been mandated by OSHA or whatever regulatory agency.

It is not up to me to monitor them for safety violations, nor am I going to.

I once had a building inspector for the owner ask me, why are you allowing them to do that?

I replied that I was on the roof to insure the roof was installed according to contract documents, and that I was not responsible for reporting safety violations, and was not going to assume any responsibility.

Once I start directing the crew in safety, or start reporting violations, I assume that responsibility.

You guys are asking IHUB to do something they have repeatedly said they are not going to do and I don't blame them.

It seems that some are never happy here. We decided to disclose and be as open /transparent as possible. People all over ihub are upset all the time never knowing who is who and what is what. We decided to be honest and up front, trying to be the NEW ERA in promotion, not PUMPING. Do you understand why so many stay and hide in secret and never disclose? because this is what happens. Many say we don't mind as long as some one discloses, then when you do you are slammed endlessly. Then you have posters saying things like" shouldn't known promoters be confined to their own promoting board"? Like we were a LEPPER colony. We bring awareness to companies. We are not PUMPING them. Before we decided to take on TCHL we had SOLM, did any one even know it??? Probably not because we weren't running all over 75 boards PUMPING IT. We are providing a service of awareness, not PUMPING... just getting the companies story out there. This has turned into a big issues because one or two people who do not even play pennies, decided she/he had a vendetta against TCHL and instead of focusing on the company and its owners,CEO etc, this has now gone from the company to the promoters. I am a SERIOUS trader here and always have been. I happen to promote certain stocks, but not every stock i play and get into and trade is a promotional stock. If I talk about a stock it is easy, just go to my disclaimer and look to see if it is one i am promoting. if it is and you don't think they have a great story, or will go up, then don't play it....it is as simple as that. I may personally play 20 stocks a month because i am a TRADER, but actually be promoting 2. People are never happy and no place better emphasizes that then ihub. Like watching a movie, if you don't like the movie turn the channel. Like i said....we fully disclose and you can see what we are promoting. Even the companies are trying to be transparent knowing full well that we will disclose compensation given to us by them. They are looking for awareness not pumping. these companies are trying to be up front and people still complain. Now i see why everyone just promotes in the dark. The people starting this whole discussion SAY they have no problem if someone DISCLOSES, but what they really mean is PLEASE disclose so we know who you are and we can get on our soap box and SLAM you. Like i said, some are never happy. One thing for sure...disclosing on my part helped to bring the people i thought were fair and friends out into the light also....so it was worth it for me at least.
