So let me get this straight....

JMCP diluted us to .0001

10,000: 1 R/S into JMON

Equates to roughly a JMON O/S of 10 Million Shares

We're sitting here in May with an O/S of 9,163,352

I paid 2 cents for shares that you bought for at least $1.00

Buying JMCP at .0005 would mean each JMCP share cost $5.00

I see NO evidence of crooks having sold ONE share of JMON

I'm not saying that the Dilution Machine won't run again

I'm saying I don't hear it running now.

WHY? That gives me hope that something 'New' may be coming.

Right, the auth. would be 100 billion. But what they did is they did an r/s that put us about 10 million. Then they filed papers putting us at 20 million authorized. That gave the holders a shot. It meant 50 percent of the float remained in our hands, and it gave them 10 million to do a raise. If they did something decent, 10 million could have been enough.

Now what happened after that is beyond me.
