Right, the auth. would be 100 billion. But what they did is they did an r/s that put us about 10 million. Then they filed papers putting us at 20 million authorized. That gave the holders a shot. It meant 50 percent of the float remained in our hands, and it gave them 10 million to do a raise. If they did something decent, 10 million could have been enough.

Now what happened after that is beyond me.
