Where I live here it's like you describe Mexico. I lived in the Phillipines and the neighborhoods were the same way. You are right life is rich!

Italy, same thing....I love Northern Italy.....;) Might retire there on Lake Garda.

Another example. In Vienna, people are out and about in the street till late at night. Playing board games in public, having coffee or tea together, chatting and taking in the local ambiance!

If Mexico is so great, then why are the drug cartels in charge of the country, mexico is the largest supplier of methamphetamines, pot, cocaine and all the mexican citizens are flocking here by the millions? Not that I condone the mass invasion...
