I always hate trying to figure out what the lawyers are saying, but it seems to me cryoport is giving the lenders a better deal allowing them to buy the stock at .60 instead of the higher prices originally agreed to. The lenders probably got this deal because of the current pps. We will need these companies in the future when production ramps up so I guess we have to keep them happy for now. I just hope they hold on to the shares for a while as I don't remember the restrictions on the warrants which will remain in effect. I guess we could look up the warrant info and find out the restrictions and then know when they could start selling their shares. Again, I also do not see this as bad news. We need financing to build shippers and this very well may signal that we are close to ramping up production which would mean sales must be coming along as planned. JMO!!
