I agree Old Timer, except I think the terms specifically stated that "subject to adjustment in the event we issue common stock." Cryoport would never just changed the deal because they feel generous, however the terms state that if Cryoport issued more common stock at a lower price then the terms would be adjusted to reflect that lower price. I honestley believe that more funding has happened but in reality we will only find out with time.
