sleektrader, sometimes my choice of words may not be politcally, or otherwise, correct. using the word 'campus' to describe the Deep Down, Inc. Headquarters is one i chose, and i could careless if it is acceptable or not.

how did i make your point? i didn't bash you. i asked what point you were trying to make by saying that neighboring businesses somehow "looked" better than ours. this is the discussion you claim to want to have about the company, so you should answer that question. ok, so it's not a "campus" in your book. so what? what does that have to do with the business model, or the tea in china? maybe you deserve some credit for belatedly saying you stand corrected about the list, and i too don't like cheerleading for nothing. but you can't come in questioning an easily verifiable fact and basically calling the whole company a bunch of liars about being at the OTC, then make comments about how unimpressed you are with the facility, and not expect people to defend their investment (which is different than cheerleading for nothing). surely you know this.

Sleektrader, I think you are right on. The area in which products are built is not a campus, albeit the word has been used from time to time. Tell that word to the guys who are welding or up to their elbows in sweat. You'd probably get a good laugh. Where the production occurs should be called a shop.

However, and this is a big however, the rest of what you say does not float. The so-called "rah-rahs" are based on good research on the company and the sector. Yeah, some will get carried away with positive comments, but on the whole (please do some research into the posts) they are solid, well-thought-out and constructive contributions.

As an afterthought, the area where the "Imagineering" occurs probably could well quality as a campus. Perhaps the whole thing should be called a "shopus." LOL

AIMMHO.
