Sleektrader, I think you are right on. The area in which products are built is not a campus, albeit the word has been used from time to time. Tell that word to the guys who are welding or up to their elbows in sweat. You'd probably get a good laugh. Where the production occurs should be called a shop.

However, and this is a big however, the rest of what you say does not float. The so-called "rah-rahs" are based on good research on the company and the sector. Yeah, some will get carried away with positive comments, but on the whole (please do some research into the posts) they are solid, well-thought-out and constructive contributions.

As an afterthought, the area where the "Imagineering" occurs probably could well quality as a campus. Perhaps the whole thing should be called a "shopus." LOL
