Your post regarding the near expiration, dollar wise, of the shelf registration was very valuable. As you pointed out, with only $8.9 million left before a new reg must be filed, a lot of the short term risk of buying right before a PIPE is diminished. Thank you for pointing it out.
I have not had time to go over the yahoo board since the wedding, so I don't know if you posted that info there. If you did, kudos, if not, please dew, ;-)
Good luck getting your hard drive in order. May I suggest a two hard drive array (RAID 1) where the second drive constantly mirrors the first, taking over in the event of hard drive failure. I use this configuration and it has saved me in critical times.
