'Think' is the operative word here. I never felt like such an idiot before doing it. Thank god for my brother who owns a construction company. We would've gotten screwed hard. We're planning on doing a couple more maybe next year. Another big thing I learned was to make sure the plumbing and electrical is in good shape. That will kill you if it isn't...I know this is a stock board and I'll leave it at this..remember this saying??....."It's not the mountains ahead that wear you down..it's the grain of sand in your shoe."
