'Think' is the operative word here. I never felt like such an idiot before doing it. Thank god for my brother who owns a construction company. We would've gotten screwed hard. We're planning on doing a couple more maybe next year. Another big thing I learned was to make sure the plumbing and electrical is in good shape. That will kill you if it isn't...I know this is a stock board and I'll leave it at this..remember this saying??....."It's not the mountains ahead that wear you down..it's the grain of sand in your shoe." You will become intimately familiar with it's meaning. GLTY and I hope everything works out. You deserve it.
