Actually, the house came with awesome wood floors already... one of the main components that made the foreclosure such a steal... will be resurfacing the cabinets in the kitchen and putting new hardware on them, so that should make a difference...
My wife and I have been watching lots of the house shows, so we "think" we know what we're doing now lol
