Per Matt: All posts on stock specific boards must contain a minimum of 85% on-topic material. All the rest is considered effluvia and may cause you to be introduced to the loving knuckle.

fair enough...I think the biggest hurdle you must overcome is to remove the emotion out of your posts. Deal with the subject matter and forget about the poster - dealing with people on stock specific boards is what will get you into trouble vis a vis the TOU. I know what it's like on the boards but on stock specific boards, you need to talk about the stock & the stock only.
