fair enough...I think the biggest hurdle you must overcome is to remove the emotion out of your posts. Deal with the subject matter and forget about the poster - dealing with people on stock specific boards is what will get you into trouble vis a vis the TOU. I know what it's like on the boards but on stock specific boards, you need to talk about the stock & the stock only.
