Dollarwise - Taking a brief look (less than 10 minutes) at the audited financial statements attached to the filing that you referenced, note 10 - Related Party Transactions - referenced control by the former wife. Also in this footnote in the sentence describing the amounts paid, the dates indicated are 2005 and 2004 (this is with a filing for the year ending 12/31/07) while the schedule itself shows 2 columns both labeled 2007, and both having the $486,000 amount. Also if you look at the letter to the Board of Directors the first paragraph indicates that this letter is for the years ending December 31, 2007 and 2006, while in paragraph three of the same letter it states that it is for the years ending December 31, 2006 and 2005.

I will take a harder look at it when I have the opportunity.
