Strongus - I'm really surprised this wasn't uncovered earlier! Naysayers questioned whether Malyshev was being truthful regarding shares bought back, but this is at least some level of confirmation. Unfortunately, despite this buyback the outstanding share count has risen substantially since August, 2007, but I really do believe that NWOG has a vested interest in ultimately seeing a decent share price.

Interesting. But why wouldn't Maly have PRd this? We have asked numerous times and emailed him and never got an answer. News like this would have helped the stock. The sad thing is that they bought back but never dissolved the shares and it seems added on after the RS.
