If I'm not mistaken they have been registered, I think that may have happened after the AMEX warned GTEM about it. If they aren't I think they will be just because they are out there already. JMO

No more heads, they've all rolled already or been placed on their stakes.

Well that part of the story is over. I think we'll see financials very soon as well as something on where the company goes from this point.

My opinion the clouds are going to part soon.
