Looking for a new upload data base… hpphoto.com is phasing out their Create Link for Aucton option on the 26th
I've been uploading .xls charts to hpphoto for almost a year and creating a link to post my charts here on I-Hub…

Can you point me to another free source for my uploads?

Thanks Bob

bob, no interest from matt for #msg-3143728 as part owner
of IH with you to determine the tools available for IH Admin.

i'am quite aware that matt is 100% responsible to carry out
the job description for IH Admin, which is determined by the
owners of IH and SI, you and matt.

off topic (or) WOW... the bells & whistles on this web page
are super, and everything responds fast to my mouse click
over my slow dial-up modem, but I do admit that my $498 purchase
at Wal-Mart for my new eMachine gives me the latest & greatest
software available for a vanilla Windows XP system having a memory
of 256 MB, not really large, but still more than my 32 of old,
plus my cpu clock'n at 2,600 MHz versus my old of 33,
bBut, might this web page approach be ok for iHub's home page?

If so, its a WOW upon "first look"

For every smart way to win, there's a dumb way to lose.

Las Vegas: Sucker Bets

Everyone has a system or strategy for making it big in Las Vegas,
but for every smart way to win, there's a dumb way to lose.

Find out which games of chance are almost guaranteed to be losers
and how to avoid bad bets.

Adventures of Sheriff Matt's Brain and The Peanut
or
CALCULATING THE CALORIES IN A NUT

Just about everything has potential energy stored in it.

The problem is releasing that energy to be able to do some work.

A tiny peanut contains stored chemical energy.

Matt eats a single peanut.

The stored energy is converted and used for work'n, eat'n KKDs,
or riding his scooter to attract young & hot females.

While one peanut contains enough energy for Matt's brain to function
at its high level for an 8 hour period, this is only true under conditions
where his physical body remains in a state of moving not, else only
a small amount of the peanut's potential energy will travel to his brain.

Presently its unclear the nature of an over heated peanut to regulate
into a controlled manner the energy released during Matt's interactions
with that Fried Pickle KKD lady being viewed inside his brain.

While that case is not understood on the nature of energy consumed
at an accelerated rate, it is knowned that the opposite conditions
are realized when Matt reads a gotmilk post, as not matter the energy
available for use, none is used. Its as if a condition False is reached
that prevents usage of the peanut's potential energy for a task that is
knowned as fruitless & nonsense & simply unpleasant to attempt.

Its at this junction that I plead to BobZ to engage a GotSpeak post
using a single peanut, so that if it fails, the lost is only a single nut.

How about a way in SETTINGS that we can choose to NOT show
a board on our Favorites Page that has NO NEW POSTS IN IT?

#msg-881503 "A tier! a tier! my iHub Favorites for a tier!"
Posted by: gotmilk
... my Favorites [boards]
... some are hot, some are cold, and some rigormortis has set in.
... it be great to have set in Tools - My Settings
Favorite Boards...
A ranked tier! Favorites Primary, Favorites Secondary

Such that when I select a board for "Add To Favorites"
it will ask me if it's placement is Primary or Secondary.

Currently on my Favorites page, the list of boards is grouped
as a two tier structure, those having new posts, and those not.

I join with The Original dpb5! in suggestion that a third tier
be created for Premium members. Allow boards to be tagged
as always being displayed on the Favorites page no matter that
they have or not any new posts (Primary) versus boards that are
displayed on Favorites page (Secondary) only when having new posts.

It appears that Sheriff Matt peanuts are unable to understand
that the third tier of Favorite boards can be toggled On & Off
to be displayed, when having no new posts, in My Settings.

This will allow one to locate Secondary Favorite boards when
they are currently hidden because they have no new postings.

This way all Secondary boards will be displayed in the third tier,
on the Favorites page, after the "On" is selected in Setting.

Once the desired board is located, and planned action completed,
a simple "Off" is done to hide the Secondary boards, if desired.

A method to transfer between Primary & Secondary will be needed.

For Sheriff Matt to read these old suggestions,
but a reference at the end to SiHub.com is made,
and just incase I can get a Finder's Fee for its availablility,
and then another Finder's Fee incase this site is used for
what I suggested, then I have an interesting suggestion
on how that "fee" can be used to get a current FREE member
into a payed for Premium membership (length set by Matt)
by having folks on Matt's Q&A board select FREEs they feel
are the Best of the Best FREEs, and once a list is made
Matt will create a temporary Premium board with a survey
so that PremiumiHubbers can vote which FREE wins the "fee"
:o)
