Look I have demonstrated the obvious connections to hfa on multiple occasions, admin has supported this on every occasion.

Continual suppression of this information is not in the best interests of the pursuit of due diligence on the company.

Seems to be a pattern of "opm" and possible abuse thereof, within ECGR's holdings. For example

It appears that in march 2007 the property was signed over to a lender as part of the agreement of indebtedness.

So the question becomes, what happened to cornell's interest in the property, was it satisfied in cash or shares?

Company needs to update the community as to the 5.5 million that was owed to Cornell, in the prior agreement.

Until such time as they do one can only assume some kind of deal was reached for cash or shares, hopefully it was cash!

ENCLAVES OF LIVE OAK

Seems a mechanics lien was filed on this property in September of 2007, for the sum of 10k and change regarding a contract from 2006. From the records it appears as if the lien has not been satisfied and hence removed.

It appears cornell may still have involvement as the records show only a partial release of their agreement.

As well it also appears that a lien is still in effect, for 47k ...again chump change, as far as the records show no filed release in regards to 10/17/2007 13:56 0 DAVID DOUGLAS ASSOCIATES INC

If these were released perhaps a filing should be made as in the other examples where liens satisfied have been filed indivdually as released.
