This is the time when the company had under one million shares in the float. Of course, the entry of post reverse split shares into the market eroded those figures. This, of course, would be expected and is a normal event when a company attempts to clean up its shareholder base through a major wipeout of the positions of the existing shareholders. It does not appear to be an indication of what will occur in the future with respect to the share price. The reverse split may or may not indicate what will eventually happen to the present shareholder base.
