yah fer sure.And I dont really know all the details either as I havent read the complete filing that closely but i do know even big companies that know what they doing use the POSAM as the best route to raise some funds.Whats catchy bout this POSAM is it looks like shares being held by management to compensate so doesnt sell off hard.Looks like they bought the 14mil actually i gotta dig into it here.
