Ron: I missed that Jan 03 F4. I had erroneously assumed that RSUs would be handled like options and not reported until exercised. I believe your count of 305,000 RSUs awarded to Mr. Campagna through Apr 7, 03, is understated by 40,000. You might have missed the tax gross up award in the 2001 proxy. Also, based on reported awards, it appears that there is no standard vesting period.

00 Proxy - Mr. Campagna was also awarded 40,000 shares of restricted stock in 1999 under the Company's 1999 Restricted Stock Plan. These shares vest at the 2002 Annual Meeting

01Proxy - Mr. Campagna was awarded 40,000 restricted stock units under the Company's 1999 Restricted Stock Plan (RSUs) in 2000 and 100,000 RSUs in 2001........During 2000 each of the Outside Directors was awarded RSUs in exchange for the relinquishment of a tax gross-up feature associated with previously granted restricted stock. The number of such RSUs were as follows: Mr. Campagna, 40,000

02 proxy - Mr. Campagna was awarded, in 2002, 75,000 restricted stock units
("RSUs")......The above awards to Mr. Campagna and the other Outside Directors vested immediately upon the date of grant.

03 Mr. Campagna was awarded 50,000 restricted stock units (“RSUs”). Such RSUs are generally forfeitable if Mr. Campagna ceases to serve as a director before the RSUs vest 2 years after their grant date.

Ronnie, it is correct that Harry sold stock in early 2000, as did Howard and some others, but they didn't really sell at "near $80"; as I remember he and others sold in the low $60's.

"I believe Harry sold around 50,000 shares of IDCC in early January 2000 at the height of the price bubble for nearly $80 per share or almost $4 million total. If someone knows for sure, please correct me if I am wrong re this sale."

As you know, IDCC did hit an intraday high once at about $82...but only for a moment. There was a trading imbalance, and trading was restricted. It dropped down into the $60's pretty quick. I think Harry sold at about $62 per share, which I guess is a lot closer to $80 than $17.

Btw, I sold some at $74...of course looking back, I guess we all should have sold out and put it in the money market for about a year or two...not an LOL...LOL!
