I spoke to steve and ted, They have no intention of an R/S. And still fighting, steve's main goal is to get product on the shelves....

I believe RT has basically destroyed it, IMHO he has no choice, his fighting will cost all he has raised in legal fees and distract him from getting product out. On top of that the burdens of whatever would be worked out to get the shell will hang over the deal and steve's head. IMHO, stay away from RT shells and follow Steve, his deal is a winner I believe, I will be looking for him.
