IMO -

I don't believe Steve will just walk away from this - he's fighting to keep RON away!

It would be easier to raise more capital by issuing more shares, than to start from scratch (aw, he11 no!)

...and, as per "curious investor"s post:

the money is in the BANK!

...he can't just take it with him without causing ANOTHER uproar! (or lawsuit)
