i might be confused. We didn't loose on the matter altogether, just the preliminary stay (which would have got us back to a monday start)? We still have a 'MODEST DELAY" waiting for a more formal "EXPEDITED" type hearing*, right? They aren't characterizing full blown arbitration as a modest delay?
*An expedited hearing that to my knowledge hasn't even been scheduled yet.
