IMO:Judge Luckern will agree to IDCC's motion filed Yesterday to separate Samsung from Nokia TODAY..The Trial was scheduled for I believe 7 working days..and now would only require 3- 4 days..The Samsung trial could start April 24th and the ALJ ..who needed until July 21 to issue a Judgement for Two..can File earlier for One..
