It happened once before. If we de-list we go on the pink sheets. We can apply to come back on the NASDAQ when we fulfill the requirements.

The stock keeps trading. If the revenue numbers go up and the company is successful, the share price goes up, whether it's on the pick sheets or NASDAQ.

Well, less liquidity, more discounts to PP providers, real market manipulation, less financial credibility to prospects....

Just a few bad things.

Nothing good really comes of it compared to keeping the Global market listing.
