Of course, if I were really paranoid, I might see "allowing" the present situation to persist for another 8 - 12 months as a fairly effective way of transferring shareholder wealth/ownership from current outsiders to both new and old insiders.

'j_t' I think most shareholders would love to see L. Spencer & Co. address the issue of debt with a new investor, & why wouldn't they approach the Msft arena seeing that they are in that arena? Do you see Coroware as one of many Msft " Pee-ons" You & a few others seem to have sat in the first row of business- investing 101 , and I would like to say " Thankyou " from most of the Inra Ihubbers.
This all goes back to Walter Weisel financing via Cornell and his complete lack of business sense. It's sad that idiots like this (with no business sense whatsoever) can get away with millions, while the common shareholder gets it up the a$$.
