Boys and Girls what you are watching here is a "Proxy" fight. In one corner you have a management team (A) trying to save a company to build a world class organization in a developing industry. In the other corner you have the infamous duo (Z)(possibly a trio if we include RC in the mix)and their pawns who have started a "short" attack. This is probably the start of a Naked Short.

Let's see how this game might play out. Z wants control of the company and Z is willing to push the price down pretty low to make the case that management has lost control of the stock value so Z should take over and will save the share price. Z is hedging his bets: He has a long position (actually his team does - he doesn't actually keep stock in his name) and now takes a short position as well. Long or short Z knows he will do fine - because the manipulation machinery "team" is at work.

If Z doesn't get his way then his "team" will continue to pummel the share price and he gets get a good return on his short position. On the other hand, if he gets his way, then he has the team cover the short position and reverses the engines and they push the price back up. Then v'oila he is a savior - at least temporarily until he brings in his men issues them stock, pumps the price up so 6 months later they can bail, and then lets the business collapse. Ooops that's the Pink Sheet story - we've already read that one.

So what does team A do? We'll save that story for later!

Gibson,

The question is "Did they believe they would be able to use NuCap?" Did NNRF initiate any action to further the possibility of using NuCap? Have they tried to solve application problems that surfaced?

From the Jan 10 Year 2007 review:

"NNRF has received customs clearance for the import of NuCap(tm) into the Russian Federation under the Foreign Economic Activity Commodity Nomenclature (FEACN) No. 3214101000. During 2008 our Moscow staff will be working with various Russian groups on engineering and evaluation issues.

No sales of this product have occurred to date and at this time the company is not able to forecast NuCap(tm) revenues for 2008.

Any reference to a conspiracy by NNRF to illegally use Global Matrech's proprietary products is completely false.

There is much more in there related to meetings with DOW-C and G;obal Matrechs during Oct/Nov of 07.

It seems by time of the March Update, NuCap was supplanted by other choices.

Too bad NuCap failed but that does not dimenish the credibility of those that tried to get it done..JMO

You have your opinion. I have mine.....

Yea and that phony research report about it is still right on stocktiger's home page.

Along with the party line that mentions all the atoll revenue and none of nnrf's losses.

I guess that whole paragraph about business ethics was a typo.
