Yep saw it. Already knew they'd changed the name, it was up at Delaware SOS the other day.

I'm curious as to what the a/s and o/s are. I notice their website hasn't been updated with current structure since last fall, the Ibox is wrong on IHUB too.

Ibox says:

Authorized Shares
18,000,000 common
2,000,000 preferred


But they issued 67,634,400 restricted shares to buy SecureNetView.
