This seems contradictory to me. Which is it, in point of fact? Is the TA "gagged", or do they simply not give out the information as a matter of policy? You say it is both, but that is an error in logic, unless the TA's policy is gagging itself, in which case, the company has nothing to do with it, as you imply by your use of the term "gagging".

The TA will not release the numbers it is their policy. They are gagged and not being able to access the correct share structure is a very bad sign.

Especially when the O/S has gone from 704,830,503 to 716,000,000 to "roughly" 725 million.(I am assuming the restricted has remained the same at 500 million throughout)

What do you think it is now? Why do you have to wait for a Weiss newsletter to find out? Legitimate companies do not hide important information from their shareholders.
