What does the company have to do and what approval do they need to increase the Authorized being that they are in Nevada?


Ps. It involves only a signature and no shareholder approval, so the A/S means NOTHING at all. With a gagged TA as there is now they could up the A/S to 4 billion tomorrow and nobody would have a clue but insiders. Right?
