In the CC he was pretty careful not to commit one way or the other about a Reverse split. im paraphrasing here but He said he didn't epxect a reverse split and that he felt generally reverse splits had negative impacts on the pps of a stock, or that they achieved little. However I noted at the time that his answer was ambiguous as to whether or not there would be one. He left himself wiggle room if he needed one.

Veno is either putting his own interpretation of Deans words in Deans mouth or has had a conversation about a R/S that has not been made public, Or is referencing some PR I am unaware of.
