In the CC he was pretty careful not to commit one way or the other about a Reverse split. im paraphrasing here but He said he didn't epxect a reverse split and that he felt generally reverse splits had negative impacts on the pps of a stock, or that they achieved little. However I noted at the time that his answer was ambiguous as to whether or not there would be one. He left himself wiggle room if he needed one.
