I'm guessing that they have a LOT of evidence that the SEC doesn't have because of their discovery process and Bill's knack for knowing how to follow the money.

Frizzy and West haven't done squat worth mentioning. They haven't even located ONE defendant, LMAO! Not ONE. How many have they deposed? Where's the discovery??
I think the SEC suit has killed Mark's book and he's trying to maintain interest in it by saying that there is a lot of info out there that the SEC doesn't have.
Just reading the SEC's complaint revealed more than Frizzy has in the YEARS he's been involved.
