TSX, ... What in the world are you and nuffie arguing about? Who cares where the waiver of service was sent to or where the waiver of service was sent from? The only relevant facts are that the waiver of service exists, it was signed and that it was Casavant's signature.
The waiver of service does not waive defenses to the court's jurisdiction over the person of the defendant. It merely means the physical act of serving the defendant is waived and the defendant assures the court an answer or other pleading will be filed in a timely manner.
The Tyler twins do not have the muscle of the SEC behind them to force such a waiver. (Also, the waiver is allowed in federal court; their suits are in the Nevada courts.) But, they never tried very hard to serve UC. And, for that, shame on them!
But, they and their suits always were an irrelevant sideshow that ended up buying time for the last stolen assets to be buried.
